Dr. Kevin Smith
Dr. Kevin Smith is a board-certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon with a passion for providing exceptional patient care. Growing up in Tacoma, he developed a strong work ethic and commitment to service, leading him to attend the United States Military Academy at West Point graduating in 2001.
Later in his career Dr. Smith pursued his dental degree at Rutgers in New Jersey, before completing his Oral Surgery residency in San Antonio, Texas. Now back in the Pacific Northwest and residing in Gig Harbor, Dr. Smith is dedicated to serving his home community with expertise and compassion. As a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons (FACS), he has undergone a rigorous evaluation demonstrating his outstanding education, training, surgical competence, and ethical conduct, upholding the highest standards in surgical excellence.
Dr. Smith recently celebrated his 20th wedding anniversary with his wife Diana and they have identical twin boys in high school and a daughter in middle school. His hobbies reflect growing up in the northwest as an avid hiker, skier, hunter, and fisherman.
